Minimum FF&E Budget required in order to provide quality furniture, decor and installation: $30K

• Everything in Full Service Interior Design, plus

• General contracting: Jessica holds the GC license and runs construction directly, permits, scheduling, budget, and trade coordination, from demo to final walkthrough

• One point of contact for the whole project, so decisions don't get lost between separate design and build teams

• Direct coordination with Birdhouse's carpentry and trade partners to keep the craft matching the design all the way through

• All services included with Full-Service Interior Design if needed/selected

• Or, can provide design direction consulting hours only and client will execute plan

• Environmental branding and signage

• Coordination with interior designers, brand strategists, graphic designers, marketing professionals, website developers and content creators to ensure overall brand cohesion
